Celebration Cakes: We currently ship our celebration cakes only within Bangalore urban areas. Deliveries are handled by third-party partners, whom we guide on proper product handling to ensure safe transit.

Lush Loaves/Cake Loaves: Our cake loaves are specially developed for shipping, with a shelf life of 5-6 days from the date of dispatch when stored under the recommended conditions. Each recipe has been rigorously tested under varying temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions to maintain quality.

Packaging & Care: Every cake loaf is carefully crafted and securely packed in sealed packaging to preserve its freshness and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Refund Policy: In case of incorrect orders or any damages during transit, we offer a refund in the form of store credit only. Monetary refunds are not available.

Delivery Timelines:

Within Bangalore: Orders are delivered within 4 to 9 hours for same-day delivery.

Orders can be pre-scheduled up to 15 days in advance through our website.
