Return & Refund Policy

At Elysee, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering fresh, high-quality cakes, brownies, and other delicacies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no return policy. However, we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns promptly.

1. Returns

As all our products are made to order and perishable, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

 

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged or spoiled upon arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered (e.g., wrong flavor or product)
  • The order was not delivered at all

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Raise the issue within 2 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a full or partial refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

 

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Last-minute cancellations are not possible once preparation has begun.

 

4. Delivery Issues

In case of delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or other customer-side issues, refunds will not be applicable. Please ensure accurate information is provided while placing the order.
